Shipping Policy (Domestic US Only) We are pleased to ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (APO/FPO addresses may have different delivery times and restrictions).
Shipment Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.
  • Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after our daily cutoff time (typically 2:00 PM EST) will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time (please refer to the product page for specific details).
  • Business days exclude weekends and major U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We partner with reliable carriers (such as USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx) to deliver your order safely and efficiently. Once your order leaves our facility, estimated delivery times are as follows (these are carrier estimates and not guaranteed):
  • Standard Shipping — 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping — 2–4 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates only and start after your order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier performance, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
    All shipping rates are displayed transparently before you complete your purchase. We do not mark up shipping fees.
    Order Tracking
    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
    Important Notes
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
    • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are delivered to the address provided (including carrier facilities or porches). For issues with delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
    • In rare cases, high order volume, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
